The first session was an amazing experience that I will never forget. During and after the session, I felt a calmness that I can not fully describe in words. As Ian and Joanne laid their hands on me, the various pains that I had on my body began to disappear. The experience has changed my whole outlook on my illness and I became more determined to fight the disease because I know and believe that help is at hand. The glowing warmth of Ian and Joanne’s hands gradually melted away the pain all over my body. My energy level after the session went up and so did my confidence. The weekend was a hugley enjoyable experience one which will stay in the memory for a long time. I don’t think I stopped grinning from Manchester to Huddersfield on the way home.
